Attendees were not interested in sitting for long presentations, but did need to digest information that they could take back to their teams. CollisionRight looked to us not only to flawlessly execute an engaging event that would appeal to attendees’ unique talents and skills, but to develop concise, compelling content for the internal speakers they commissioned.
Understanding the audience, we kept the production design clean and sleek, not flashy or extravagant. We knew we wanted a Keynote speaker who could fully captivate the audience, so we brought in a former Formula One race car driver to speak on teamwork. We also worked to give attendees memorable moments, like having employees sign a pledge on a CollisionRight-branded car hood, which now hangs in their corporate headquarters.
CollisionRight was able to give their employees the engaging experience they hoped for, and leaders were excited to see everyone fully immersed in the event. Executive Leader Matt Lawrence expressed the team’s gratitude for our partnership with them. “Redstory provided us insights on how to make [the event] better.
