The collision repair provider needed to show employees that they would still maintain small-business culture and values, despite their rapid growth. During a time of global uncertainty, CollisionRight also wanted their employees to feel secure and satisfied in their jobs.
Instead of bringing together CollisionRight’s employees through a traditional awards dinner or formal event, Redstory set out to create a shared experience that felt authentic to CollisionRight’s employee culture. The solution was an eight-month-long Go-Kart race tour. This was the result of a two-month discovery process, which revealed a unique focus on their values in a way that engaged the employees’ competitive spirit.
In the midst of a pandemic and the transition to a new organizational structure, employees were celebrated, the team’s culture and values were on display. Employees had a chance to celebrate their hard work, to have fun, and to hear directly from the Executive Leadership Team.
